Investigating

Dear IVION Users,

We are currently investigating an issue affecting point cloud exports using the Crop & Download tool on IVION instances running 11.12.0. Point clouds that have been downloaded using the Spatial Reference System with a defined EPSG as the coordinate option will instead see these point clouds exported using the Site Coordinate System.

Confirmed point cloud file types impacted are:
- E57 (with and without embedded panoramas)
- LAS
- RCS
- PLY

We appreciate your patience during this time as we investigate this issue.

Best,
NavVis Support
