IVION instance services have been restored as of 4:16 PM PST on Friday, June 13th 2025 and we are continuing to investigate the root cause and monitor the situation closely. Please reach out to support if the instance operation doesn't resume as expected.

Update -
We are still actively investigating the issue, however, we can confirm this is an isolated incident to the US region only. Instances in JP and EU regions remain unaffected as well as the Enterprise level instances. US IVON Core and Professional instances remain unavailable at this time.
We will provide an update at 4:00 PM PST, Friday June 13th, 2025.
