Important: In case you were suffering from this incident we kindly ask you to restart the respective processing tasks manually. Processing tasks affected will not be restarted automatically.

Identified -
We are currently experiencing an issue affecting newly created IVION processing tasks that use the Person/License Plate blurring feature. Any processing tasks with blurring enabled will currently fail and be marked as "Failed".
Our Engineering Team is actively working to resolve the issue, and we expect a fix to be in place within the next 2–3 hours.
Important:
Please do not reprocess any jobs on your IVION instance until we send an update confirming that the issue has been resolved.
